Some hands

Well I really haven’t played many big pots at all today, which is the way I like it. Small and steady chipping up. But here are a couple. Hand 1—I found AA in the small blind. Early position raiser makes it 400 to go at the 75/150 level. The guy after him raises to 1100. Comes to me and I raise it to 3600. Immediately after me the big blind goes all in for 8500! Everyone else folded and he had KK, which is unfortunate for him but great for me. Hand 2— I had KQ of clubs under the gun and made it 750 at the 150/300 level. Folded around to the big blind who made the call. Flop was AJ5 with two diamonds and one heart. He checked, I bet 1100 and he called. Turn was a 2 of hearts, he led out for 2000 and I raised to 8800. He thought for a while and folded. Those are two that stick out, we are about to get started here after a nice dinner with friends. I’ve been informed we’ll play 4 more levels tonight. Still a loooooong way to go.
